RETURN AND EXCHANGE
At VINTALE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges according to the guidelines outlined below.
Eligibility
- You may return most items within 7 to 8 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items should be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or online receipt) is required for all returns.
Exclusions
Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or accident are not eligible for return.
Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Pack Your Return
- Securely pack the item in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package or email us.
Ship Your Return
Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the value of the contents.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements.
If approved, we will process your refund within 10 to 12 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
